WELCOME

It’s normal to come to therapy and not know where to start. Often, people avoid therapy because they feel like their problems aren’t that bad. However, I believe that therapy is more about saying, "I want more for myself." As a BACP registered psychotherapist and counsellor, I'm here to help you explore what that looks like for you.

Perhaps the coping mechanisms that once helped you are now affecting your relationships, and you don’t understand why. Maybe you've been through trauma, which now feels like an ongoing nightmare you had hoped to move on from. This can leave you feeling unsafe and emotionally dysregulated. Or, you may be using alcohol or drugs to avoid those feelings, and that’s no longer working for you. You might have done a really good job of pushing it down, but that can become exhausting.

I provide a confidential, non-judgmental space for you to speak freely and comfortably over time, using a compassionate approach.  I offer weekly sessions, available face to face and online.
