How I work

​I use an integrative and collaborative approach to make sense of what's happening in your life, including unhelpful thinking patterns or behaviours that might stem from childhood. The prospect of meeting a stranger for therapy might understandably seem overwhelming, so I offer a free 20-minute online session for us to get acquainted and make sure you feel comfortable with me as your therapist. There's no pressure to continue if it doesn't feel right but I encourage you to continue your search for a therapist who feels like a better fit for you.


Sessions are £85 for a 50 minute session.

I offer a limited number of reduced fees to people on low incomes. Please talk to me about this if you cannot afford the full fee.
